Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the platform GeoFleet (the “Service”), a GPS tracking and fleet management platform published by the service operator (the “Publisher”).

Account and access

• Access uses personal credentials and must not be shared.
• The account is strictly personal; the customer is responsible for the accesses it creates.
• The Publisher may suspend an account in the event of unlawful use, attempted intrusion or non-payment.

Customer commitments

• The customer warrants that it has a legitimate ground for tracking each object and has informed the people concerned (employees, drivers) in accordance with applicable regulations.
• The customer shall not use the service to monitor a person outside working hours or without a legal basis.
• The customer keeps control of its data: it can export all of its objects and positions.

Availability and maintenance

The Service is provided “as is”; the Publisher strives for continuous availability and announces planned maintenance. Emergency operations may briefly interrupt the service.

Limits of liability

The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of business or inaccuracies related to the quality of the GPS/GSM coverage of the customer's hardware. Tracking does not replace the customer's safety obligations.

Termination

The customer may stop its subscription at any time; its data can be exported during the announced retention period, then deleted. These terms are governed by Tunisian law.

Applicable version : 2.15.0 — any change is notified in the application.
