Plans and prices

The plans (Lite, Basic, Pro, White label) and their prices are shown on the page Pricing, in Tunisian dinars excluding tax by default; applicable VAT is added on the invoice.

Trial and billing

• The free trial opens an account without a credit card ; when it ends, the invoice for the chosen plan is issued.
• Invoices are numbered sequentially (INV-YYYY-NNNN), downloadable as PDF and payable offline, by bank transfer or by the online payment methods enabled by the Publisher.
• The subscription is extended on payment, never before: an unpaid invoice grants no extra service. Once the grace period has passed, access may be suspended and restored on payment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has fourteen days from subscribing to request cancellation, unless the service has already been fully performed at its express request.

Suspension and termination

Non-payment leads to suspension of the service after the grace period, without deleting data. Termination by the customer takes effect at the end of the billed period.

Complaints

Any complaint is sent through the contact form; service incidents are published on the public status page. These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
